From the terrace you can enjoy an aperitif with friends or family in front of a magnificent sea view. Important: Cleaning fees and linens are not included and can be paid upon arrival (350€).
Space
The villa is composed on 2 levels, each level has a living space with kitchen, lounge and dining room. The upper level has a simple and elegant style while the living area on the garden level has a more contemporary style.
You will find a beautiful terrace of 30m2 with a magnificent sea view. On the terrace you have an extendable dining table for 12 people.
On the garden level you will find another extendable dining table for 12 people, an outdoor living room and several sunbeds.
There is space to park 4 cars and several parking spaces (not allocated) are a few metres from the house. The house has 5 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1 with a 200x200 bed and bathroom with toilet - Bedroom 2 with a 180x200 bed and bathroom - Bedroom 3 with bed 180x200 and shower room with toilet - Bedroom 4 with bed 160x200 - Bedroom 5 is located in the mezzanine above the living room (the mezzanine has 2 beds of 160x200). A separate shower room is available for the mezzanine and bedroom 3. Cleaning fees are not included in the price, it can be paid upon arrival: - Cleaning costs & linens: 350€ / stay The swimming pool can be heated on request at an additional cost of 350€. Security deposit: 2500€ (to give upon arrival) Check in is between 5pm and 8pm.
Check out is at 10am unless you prefer to leave earlier.

29 / 05 / 2024Manon, die Besitzerin, war bei Check In vor Ort, erklärte und zeigte uns alles. Sie sprach wunderbar Englisch! Respekt! Sie war jederzeit schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Gab uns jede Menge Tipps, was man vor Ort unternehmen konnte. Der Pool (beheizbar, 27 Grad) war ein Traum! DAs Haus sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! DANKE MANON!!!!

12 / 05 / 2024Nous avons séjourné en famille, nous etions 9. Nous avons passé un agreable moment dans une maison tres jolie avec une vue magnifique. C'est un endroit calme. La literie est confortable. Il est très appreciable de disposer d'élément en double comme la machine a laver et le lave vaisselle. C'était agréable de pouvoir profiter de la piscine et du terrain de pétanque lors de nos retours de visite des alentours. Manon a été à l'ecoute et reactive dès la réservation jusqu'à la fin du séjour. Elle a été tres professionnelle. Je recommande vraiment son logement.

28 / 04 / 2024Ein tolles Objekt für eine Großfamilie oder 2 Familien, da es über 2 Wohnungen verfügt, die autark voneinander funktionieren. Der Pool war beheizt, aber zum Saisonstart lief die Anlage mit einigen Startschwierigkeiten (wohl auch wegen des Saharastaubes). Freundlicher Gastgeber mit guter Erreichbarkeit und schneller Hilfestellung. Gerne wieder (:

12 / 08 / 2024Absolut Empfehlenswert! Die Unterkunft ist fast neu, toll ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine ruhige und gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, was im Sommer unverzichtbar ist. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt und Manon war eine wunderbare, unkomplizierte und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie ist immer gut erreichbar und hat uns mit wertvollen Tipps weitergeholfen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Falls wir wieder mal in dieser Gegend Urlaub machen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder Manon´s Unterkunft buchen.
